KURTIQUE accepts an exchange only when an item is received defective or when KURTIQUE has delivered the wrong size.

Eligible exchange reasons

• The item arrived with a genuine defect.
• The size delivered is different from the size selected in the confirmed order.

How to request an exchange

Email thekurtique@gmail.com and include your order number, product name, selected size, delivered size and clear photographs showing the issue.

Item condition

The item must remain unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging. KURTIQUE will review the request and confirm eligibility before an exchange is arranged.

Important note

Slight colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings, and minor natural variations in embroidery, are not considered defects.
