By accessing the KURTIQUE website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the store policies linked in the website footer.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, sizes, availability and photographs accurately. Slight colour differences may occur because of photographic lighting and individual screen settings.

Orders

An order number confirms that an order request has been received. KURTIQUE may contact the customer to verify order or delivery information before dispatch.

Prices and delivery

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. A delivery charge of Rs199 is applied once per order. Estimated delivery is usually 4–7 working days after confirmation.

Exchange policy

An exchange is available only when an item is received defective or KURTIQUE delivers a size different from the size selected in the confirmed order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging. Exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by KURTIQUE.
